The firm already had a professional reputation and credibility. Their challenge wasn’t trust; it was about uncovering what prospective lawyers truly needed from their website.


The Challenge

For lawyers considering a move to consultancy, the decision is a long and thoughtful one. Many spend months weighing up options before making first contact.

The law firm needed to understand what information was most important in helping prospective consultants move from initial interest to that first step of reaching out.

The difficulty lay in identifying which questions, if left unanswered, could extend the decision-making period. Without this clarity, the firm risked losing strong prospects who might delay indefinitely or drop out altogether.

The real challenge was to uncover the content that reduced hesitation and built confidence to act — insight that goes beyond traditional conversion tactics and directly informs time-to-contact.
