Right from the start of working with Nexa, it was all about positioning.

After the first design we just constantly eveloved the brand and made user-driven adjustments:

We kept running surveys with real candidates who’d applied and joined. Not personas. Actual people.

We worked very closely with nexa to find out what prospects were asking for (and not finding).

We refined CTAs like mad. Top, middle, bottom of funnel. Every page and CTA had a job.
Instead of chasing “perfect,” we chased useful — month after month, tweak after tweak.
